The ETSS self-service portal, located at rhodeisland.service-now.com/sp , is your primary way of requesting technology assistance by submitting an IT ticket.
Now, the portal has a chat feature that allows employees to open and/or discuss their ticket with a service desk representative during regular business hours. Additionally, the portal has articles with information associated with specific needs or requests that can be accessed via the virtual chat agent.
While the self-service portal is the preferred method for contacting the Service Desk, major incidents should be reported to the Service Desk by calling (401) 462-4357.
