Clearing Your Browser Cache

Browsers store webpage elements to speed up loading, but this may cause issues with displaying updated content. Regularly clearing your cache ensures you see the most current version of pages and documents. See the instructions below for help.

Chrome

  1. Select More tools from the 3 dot menu.
  2. Select Clear browsing data.
  3. Select All time for the time range.
  4. Ensure the Cookies and Cache options are selected .
  5. Select Clear data.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select the three dots in the top right corner to access the Menu
  2. Select Settings, then Privacy, Search and Services.
  3. Under Clear Browsing Data Select Choose what to clear.
  4. Select All Time from the Time Range drop down.
  5. Ensure both Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files are checked.
  6. Select Clear. You will get an "All clear!" confirmation under the Clear button once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.

Firefox

  1. Select History from the Menu Bar.
  2. Select Clear Recent History
  3. Select Everything from the Time Range to clear.
  4. Ensure the Cookies and Cache options are selected.
  5. Select Clear Now.

Safari

  1. Select the History Tab from the Menu
  2. Select Clear History
  3. You will receive prompt “Clearing History will remove related cookies and other website data”
  4. Select Clear History again to Confirm.
